The Wealden Centre, Tonbridge

Tonbridge Chrysalis is delivered as part of the Wealden Centre. This is a new, integrated, model of service delivery, in which three agencies work together all under one roof in partnership, to provide a seamless service of counselling, group work and medical interventions.
